play in the hub...do i need new bearings?
did you use your wrist tool or a gauge to measure "alot" of play? I would have to look it up in the book to see what service limits are, but you need to purchase the entire hub, about 100$ a side from len. easy to put in.. do an alignment afterwards...
if the bearings are bad just replace them.

reuse your hub and the alignment is not effected.

Might be your bushings - I had the same play in what I thought was the hub bearing, but upon closer inspection it was badly worn inboard LCA bushings
14,XXX miles. my axles were siezed in the hub and i had them pushed out by honda on a press. anyhow, the rotors and calipers are off the car and i was inspected everything. the hub wiggles (side to side) very losely.
