Anyone ever try to mate upper and lower interior door skins together?
I'm debating doing this because I have a set of power windows and want to have that clean look on the interior. From what I know the little caps for the manual window cranks are long out of stock so the only way I can figure to not have that hole is to take a set of JDM panels for the lower section and a set of USDM upper sections and glue them together. Anyone do this? Easy, Hard?
I thought about fixing my JDM door panels also but do not know how.
I actual thought about using the USDM ones cause it's in better condition but I don't like that window crank hole either.

ive separated my stock ones and put them back together without actually connecting them. works fine and they come apart easily along the plastic rivets.
Tyson, did you just cut away the excess that was melted together and re-clip them back after?
i just ripped the plastic rivets out. if they were still hanging loose, i cut em out. when i put them back together, i just placed each half to the door like normal. no rattles for me. you wouldnt be able to tell from the outside.
