Try http://www.ipsracing.com or http://www.hytechexhaust.com/. Also user SMSP makes custom cats.

Another option would be to buy a unversal cat and have the flanges welded on by a local muffler shop.

Just buy a cat and customize the exhaust, it would be much easier.
