Igniter I think is the same as USDM and the coil I think you'd have to yank from an older Accord (90-93) probably.
Not positive though, wait for someone else to confirm.

this is correct, you just need the external coil from an early accord or 4th gen prelude, and then run the wiring to the external coil from the igniter,
