Can anyone give me an idea of where i should mount my 6x9's in the rear hatch? I was thinking on the panels next to the back seat... Does anyone know how to remove thoes? its a 1990 DX Hatch.

IMO don't waste your time with rear speakers. Get a set of good componets up front and a nice woofer out back. You will be more than pleased. Trade those 6x9's for a good door speaker or some tweeters.

Def. put in those rears......youll regret it so much if you dont.
When I first got mines I had to wait about a week to put in my rears.....
Its awful........trust me.
But the mounting question.....like someone said before, try to build a box if you really want to keep the 6x9 or just get some nice ones that fit the OEM bracket. This will take care of your highs and mids, then throw a decent sub in there.....youll love it. Keep us updated.

Where are the OEM brackets at for the rear? right now I have them ******* ziptied in the far back corners where the taillights are. Zipties are the way to go. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=953667
But anyways, I def. want to build a box. Am thinking about taking out the back seat and putting the box where the back seat was.
