every time when i place a new fuse on the tail light, instrument cluster, plate lights, fuse spot the 10a fuse gets burn as soon as i turn on the lights? need help one this questions please! whats wrong with my fuse. i think maybe the wiring from this fuse is donig contact with my frame but i am not sure about this just guessing??

i fried a red wire with a black strip that goes from my fuses box to the tail lights now i have to replace the whole wiring that goess to the tail lights (i place a 30a fuse instead of a 10a fuse and burn this wire --->dumbass me . which interior parts i will have to take out to replace the tail light wiring all the way to the fuse box?
