JDM Type R SRS

Anyone know if the JDM SRS steering wheel hooks up straight into the USDM column?

from what i've seen on HT, it splines and plugs right in (airbag module) but i think it gets kinda silly when you start trying to plug cruise in. search around HT a little and see what you come up with.

I didnt think that you could keep cruise control if you get the JDM wheel, where would you put all the buttons?
