Weird gauge cluster problem...Lighting goes out by itself
About 30min ago I was on my way to taco bell and while I was driving I noticed my gauge cluster lights and my climate control lights both went totally off. I thought maybe I was just tired and seeing things so I just put it in theback of my mind. Then I get onto 316 and im getting on it some in 3rd gear. When I let off and the revs are dropping, the lights went out again. This time for maybe 1/2 a second. The first time it went out it was like a millisecond.
My guess is that theres a ground that the guage cluster and climate control use. My second guess is that its a bad alternator or bad alternator belt. Anyone have any ideas?

all my interior lighting turns off sometimes, but its cause of my turn signal/light switch. Like sometimes when I turn my lights on, it won't turn on the interior lights, but the exterior lights are all on, so I slightly twist the switch, and the lights turn on. Maybe for me, its a bad contact from dirt or something built up in it.
