Anybody have anymore info on the JDM suspension?
This is my first post ever. I've been searching and reading all about the best car in the world, the integra type R(IMO) for about I dunno maybe 5 months and before that I used to read on ITRCA.com. I finally decided to register a name today. Now I know exactly what car I want and what I want to do with it. I've decided I wanted to bring this topic up again. Sorry if me asking this will **** some of you guys off. I searched and learned it was a dealer option in Japan, does anybody have any other info on it? Maybe I just suck at searching but is there another thread I can read about it? I would like to know more about it. Does anyone have it and is it a much better upgrade from the stock suspension? Thank you and please take it easy on me it's my first post and I'm still learning.

Nobody knows huh? O well I guess I'll have to get it myself and give you guys feedback
. I hope you guys can be patient because it'll be several years until I go to and finish college and get a R. Thanks anyways.

Kinda funny but how old are you? You say you have many years until you goto college, finish and get an R? IMO dont worry about suspensions and whatnot if you wont be getting the car until the next decade.

wow, I'm happy that someone else finally wrote something. Well I'm gonna be a senior in high school next year then will have four years of college. By then maybe I'll be financially stable??? Cuz I'm gonna need a lot of money for auto insurrance. As for the suspension I just wanted to know more about it, I think I can find anything else I wanna know with the search button. Besides it seems like a very worthy upgrade for a completely stock ITR(best car in the world). Also as for getting an R how about I don't have to wait because maybe you are willing to donate to me???
Man, it's the greatest car in the world right from the factory. No need for after market parts just keep it clean and pure.

..Finishing school should be your first concern, but finding a decent type R years from now might be kinda tough.
Rebuilding one would be a novel idea though!
..Remember school comes first, always! About your suspension ?, I honestly have never seen that in my life, way to stump us

I have never seen info on special JayDeeEm suspension other than the rear LCAs on a JDM R are a little different than the stamped steel versions we have here.
Aftermarket suspension components really hook the car up to the road and add to the road handling abilities of the car...

First thing I wanna say is beautiful car man!!!
Yeah school comes first but I like thinking ahead, Integra type R is the car I want to own later in my life. As for rebuilding a Type R, I totally agree with you! This would be a life goal! Man the fact that you see stolen and stripped ITR's in the junkyard is really gay! It would probably be hard to find a 97, have to look around really hard. Putting it back to stock would be so nice. Sure it would take a lot of time and money but in the end it would be worth it.

Eh..., well for me I dunno, but OEM JDM parts are a good thing.
So maybe it wouldn't be a completely stock USDM ITR if it had JDM final drive, JDM 4-1 header and JDM overbore pistons. These are great things and as for aftermarket parts, hey you like what you like and I think a vafc would go great with these parts.
Oh and to add to that, the 00-01 intake camshaft. Sure there's apperance mods too yada yada yada.
