Default Rust in my sparkplug hole

I changed my spark plugs in my new CRX and there was rust in my forth spark plug hole. The rest were clean metal and the forth one was quite rusty and had a dirty *** plug. What could this be from, and is it bad, how should I fix it?

a pic to represent what I am talking about just so my question is not confused.

Probably just got a little water in your spark plug hole... I imagine the plug was in there for a while.. Nothing to worry about. If you're too worried about it, get some WD40 and clean it out.

FYI.. that is your no 1 cylinder plug.
