does anyone have problems with the paint/clear cracking on it?
only on the clear coat.

i scraped on a drive way and have madd clear coat cracks, from where it flexed up and ****...

 

Yes if it flexes the paint will crack. Its the paint that is the problem, it can only bend so much. Better then having the kit crack in half "fiberglass"

 

Bad times. They should just make every car out of colored plastic so you can **** it up and just replace it cheap.

 

when you get the kit painted you need flex agents in the paint, and clear coat.

 

^ What he said.....i painted mine in autobody at school and have had no problems with cracking yet. Urethene kit here, flex agent in the clear, going on 2 years

 

Sell your kit to me if you dont like it

Yep, exactly.

Take off a stock painted bumper....you can practically bend it in half without the paint cracking. That's what a good flex agent will do for you.

If your paint is cracking..it's strictly a lack of proper paint rather than a problem with the kit.
