Default Getting rid of Automatic seat belts

For a 91 LX sedan. (I'm sure it would be the same for a HB.)
How do i do this? Is it posible with out major body work? I

Just want normal 3-point sholder and lap belts. Not the door mounted ones.

I dont have a 91 manual, just a 89, so any info on the belts like scanned pages are appreciated.
