cold air intake, or short ram depending on what you want (research a bit more for the differences). i have a 96si with cold air intake from Cosmo racing, dont spend a lot for something stamped with "DC". also a pulley kit from unorthodox racing would be good, and the usual exhaust. im looking at apexi for exhaust, but that's a call for you to make.

cosmo is a small company from CA, but i trust them, i got over night delivery, and i am very happy with the service

yea, you could do that, but you wont do so well with state inspection or emissions whichever it is that deals with that stuff, and if you get pulled over cuz the cops hear you making a whistle sound as you fly by at 100mph...you're in trouble

x2

nawz is a very cheap way to gain power - but potentially a very cheap way to destroy your motor. be safe and smart and you'll have some speed and fun for a little (relatively) cash.
