No, the 92-95 Civic suspension is exactly the same as the 94-01 Integra suspension. You will notice that most shocks, springs (although with different spring rates), strut bars, LCAs, etc are exactly the same for both cars. I am pretty sure in order to get an ITR part to work on a 92-95 Civic, you would need different LCAs in the rear.
