Default Flywheel tool

Since I don't have a compressor at the house I can't use an impact wrench to remove the flywheel bolts. I'm not having any luck with the screwdriver in the flywheel teeth method while trying to loosen the bolts by hand. Anyone know how much the flywheel tool that keeps it from turning costs? Can you get it anywhere besides Honda? Thanks!

I do something similar to that, but with a fabbed up piece of aluminum stock.
Works perfect!

You can make your own brackets to hole the flywheel ya know.

Just get a piece of metal from Homedepot and drill two holes into it. Line that thing up with the small PP bolts and screw one side down, then the other one you just line it up to the block then screw down.

I did my whole engine in my back yard without an engine hoist, lift, or air tools. Just got to know how to improvise. Be amazed at what you'll be able to come up with.

i usually use two tranny bolts.

screw one in right under where the motor stamp is.
then wedge the bolt so the head of the bolt falls into the ring gear teeth. itll look kinda like a cross,

works everytime and you always will have those bolts with you.
