What is this piece on the Throttle Body

What is this piece on the Throttle Body

Trying to help out my friend. He was adjusting it and lost it. Does anyone know the size of this screw and the nut that goes around it?

Tough to see but it looks like the throttle stop screw, it stops the throttle pulley from turning so as to stop the butterfly from jamming shut.

Can it be bought from the dealer? My local dealer didn't have a part number for it.
