Side bumbermarker need help

I just brought a set of side marker for Honda Accord 94-97 and I wanted to put it in my integra bumber but then I dun know how to drill the hole in my integra bumber, I scare I might damage my paint is there anyone out there know what to used to drill or cut a hole whithout damage the paint I really needed help thank guys.

really they wanted to charge me 70 dollar for both side is that worth it because it not that hard and I wanted to do it myself but thank anyways...
