my lights dim in and out while driving. also when i shut my car off there is a small grind from something under the hood as it begins to stop rotating. Is it my altenator? How much are they for an ek? thx

 

it mite be, why don't you have some one shut off the car when you have the hood poped open, and check to make sure. where the noise is comming from. and they run like 145 O yeah and you can go to your wal-mart and have them check it for free, (just say that you thinks it the batt) in the back there the tires are, just take your car.
