Default Tranny...

So this question is for my friend. I have a spare d15b7 motor out of my 1995 DX and the tranny is fine on it and his tranny in his 1991 DX h/b has gone really bad. So the question is...will my S20 tranny (hydro) fit on his motor even though it has a cable tranny?

Well it will bolt onto his block, but he will not be able to use it without some customization.
