need a little info about springs
What kind of info? If the Q is how stiff is too stiff, you're find that it's all subjective. It comes down to what can you live with if the car is a daily driver.

One thing you should be careful of with deciding on a setup is what shock you'll be matching it to. A really stiff spring on a stock shock will ride like crap, and will blow out your shocks quickly. How experienced are you for tracking/autoxing, as that will also make a difference. I'm guessing you're a bit of a noob to it, just because you'd probably already know the answer to your question if you were experienced. Given that, don't worry about the $1500 coilover setups, as you won't require the adjustability of said units and you won't be using them to their full potential. Something cheaper, maybe Koni Yellows with GC springs, or even something as simple as ITR shocks/springs (I'm assuming you have a non-R teg from your screenname and previous posts about the OBX LSD) will be a good starting point.
