About the only cam gears available that are ZC (same as your motor) specific are from JUN. Takakiria or something like that from Japan sells them. Check out http://www.thezcresource.com and do a search for cam gears. You can also use B16 cam gear as the teeth are the same. The only fifference is that the belt rides flush with one side instead of in the middle. This can be corrected though with a little machining off the bolt. I think it's 5mm. But if you didn't take any material off the head or block you will be OK without adj. cam gears.

Nice looking setup!

Nice. that's exactly what i was planning on doing to the '89 saab 9000 FMIC i've got sitting in the garage.

Already removed the plastic endtanks, but i was going to outsource the welding to somebody that knows what they're doing.....

Hmmm, I never considered cutting up an IC to make it fit, sounds like a good idea.

Thats the one that everybody says cracks isnt it? its nice looking though. id prefer that over any HF or manifolds of that nature.

If it cracks why would you perfer that over a cast iron hf manifold? For the airflow vs reliability?
