Hey, my motor starts making this weird noise around ~2.75k RPM's, I think I need a new timing belt and I need to get my valves adjusted? ... its not much fun driving under 2.7k, haha, anyways, heres the video, I plan on taking it to the shop this saturday, so i need to know what to ask for.. thanks.

Bearings for sure.
Friend's of mine car made the same noise. I'd rather not drive the car if you care about this engine. If not save money for the next one/

Take it to mechanics ASAP, don't drive if you don't have to. If you didn't fucked up your crank it would cost bearings+labour or maybe some machine work to polish the crank.
Bearings 100$, but I don't know how much is labour in the States.
