Anyone using Falken GR Beta FK-451? Whats your opinions on the tire. Thanks

I had them on my prelude as a street tire a couple of years ago. They offer good grip in both dry & rain for the street & are not very noisey. However, IMHO they had a rather soft sidewall so they wouldn't be great for autocross/track usage. They lasted me about 25,000 miles when I was commuting with the prelude.
