ASAP!!!!!!!ELECTRONIC DASH

I need to know what is cause my dash to only light up when I hit my brakes. I don't know what the matter is I just replaced the factory stereo to a nice Sony cd player and I didn't use a few wires.....

yeah no ****. Hmmmm I bet you fucked up with the wiring. The oem harness has a wire that dims the radio when theheadlights are on. Check that one. Its orange, but I think there are two orange wires.
