Will an 89' DX speedo fit into an 89' Si cluster?
nope, faces are different
you can put the guts of the DX speedo into the Si by swapping the faces, but it's not fun.

I wrote up a bit of a "how to" on my website when I did my swap

I'm guessing you're doing the si cluster swap into a DX and want to keep your odometer accurate?

thats weird, because I recently did that swap in my 89 hatch, and it did fit perfectly (I wanted to keep the original millage), I don't know if the cluster was 88 or 89, but the spedometre units were completely interchangeable........I don't know, maybe the clusters are a bit different up here in canada or something....
