Default Test to evaluate car proper performance ?

Is there a standard test to verify that a stock lude 2001 manual is meeting the performance expected?
I ask because Honda delaer does not recognize my performance problems (see my other threads) and they last said that the problem must be clearly apparent when they try the car (and they do not want to try while I am there). The problem is that "really apparent" is very subjective and not clear to gain my point.

lol they actually said they wanted you to leave while they test your car? I would laugh at them, no honda stealership is going to touch my car unless im watching them. Remember no one cares about your car as much as you do.

if you want to blow the money, get on a dyno and see how much whp you pull. take the sheet to the dealer, tell him to look at how much less (than 160-165 whp) you're running.

or you can do compression/leak down.

Where do they perform "dyno" that the results will be "accepted" by Honda dealer? How much it costs?
So whp <> hp?

Does the compression/leak down test complicated ( I mean, like performing tasks over an extended period)? should it be expensive?
If my performance problem is intermittent, will the test reveals the problem anyway?
