the changes that need to be made are you need to wire up a 2nd O2 sensor as well as a knock sensor and the wire for Vtec when I did mine I just got the sub-harness from Hasport here is the link http://www.hasport.com/wiring.htm

umm what?he's gpoing ZC not B16...which means no Knock sensor, and no 2nd O2 sensor. as far as HF to a ZC...i don't think there are any differences in wiring. as they are both Mpfi, if i am correct it should be plug and play swap. i think the only time you need to worry about wiring differnces is when you have a DX.
