i have access to purchase a 1997 4-door JDM Honda Integra Type R. It's CW, has about 55k KM on it (that's ~ 34k Miles), and is in very good condition. It is bone stock except for the gold SSR comp wheels and an exhaust of unknown make on it. i can get the car for a decent price, and if i did buy it, i would be doing it to drive for a month or two and then turn and sell for a profit.
how many of you would be seriously interested in buying a car like this from me if i do go ahead and buy it? it will include a Utah assigned VIN, title and registration that can be transferred to most any states without a problem. The title will say "Honda Integra Type R" not a kit car or anything like that. The bill of sale will say for off road use only to cover my *** because the car wasn't manufactured for sale/use in the US market.
how much would you be willing to pay for this car? how much should I ask for the car when i do decide to sell it (if i do end up buying it)?

Actually it's a 1997, but i'm curious to see what makes you think it's a 1996. Also, you could easily title it and register it in your state and drive it on the road. I just take no responsibility or liability for your actions, hence the "offroad use only" clause in the bill of sale. I know i'll be driving it on the road.

actually all 1996 and 1997 JDM ITR's came with the 4x114.3 bolt pattern. 5-lug didn't start there until 1998 model year vehicles.

You can do whatever you'd like with it actually.

why would you state such a clause in the bill of sale however?
something "wrong" with the car? dont know, but if you actually do that, hunch is the guy will think something is definately wrong.

there's nothing wrong with the car. it scored 4.5 out of 5 on the japanese used car auction rating scale. 5 = brand new.
i am including an offroad use only clause in the bill of sale because the car wasn't manufactured or certified for use in the US. it's like any other car you see on the roads that wase imported from Japan. they have less safety equipment than our cars, no airbags, no door reinforcement bars, skinny bumper supports, etc... I'm doing it more as a disclosure to the buyer so they know exactly what they are getting.

i was asking if it had already cleared customs, not whos problem it was or wasnt. i thought this was a post about you inquiring about wether or not you should buy it. who said anything about wanting to buy it from you.

Maybe you should learn to spell correctly (whose, whether] before you comment on my ability to read.
It will have cleared customs legitimately before it comes into my possession and before I sell it and I will be handling that. At this point it has not cleared customs yet. If you look at my avatar and sig you will see that I do have a little experience importing vehicles.
