95 civic auto converted to 96 LS auto,3 extra wires on transmission?

95 civic auto converted to 96 LS auto,3 extra wires on transmission?
starts off in drive2,how do I hook up 1(turbine shaft spd wire2)trans temp wire 3)trans range sensor wire...these were'nt present on my obd1 automatic transmission
