If a car won't start you need to check your basics.

Is it getting air? Stupid one but you need it, not much to check there.

Is it getting fuel? Clogged fuel filter? All injectors messed up? Doubt it but worth checking.

Is it getting spark? Old screwdriver in the plug wire trick. Check your distributor and cap.

Check all that stuff and then get back to us. I have my money on the distributor. That's more likely than you not getting air or fuel.

The ECU blew(rusty) on my 89 exi and the car would turn over but not start. A few days ago the fuel pump relay went and the car wouldn't start. I was told that the humidity in the car is bad on the ecu and electrical

buy the way the ecu is under the driver seat and the fuel pump relay is under the dash. good luck.

Older accord main relays are notorious for going bad they stick, get a new one they are only like 40bucks at http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com that is why after u drive the car and shut it off and try to start it later it doesnt start. but if u leave it overnite it will start again once it cools off. This is b/c of bad solder points that crack over time. put the key in the on position and if u dont here the fuel pump prime then thats it. U should hear a hmmmmmm then stop and the car will start. When u don't hear the hmmmmm it wont start.
