Sorry i would have searched but i guess it's down at the moment.
Ok actually this is my gf's car she has a 2001 civic ex coupe when she turns the key it clicks once and thats it. This happened once before awhile ago but it started after a few hours and was working fine up until today. Any ideas on what the problem is?

 

sounds like a battery problem

 

Could it be anything else besides the battery like the starter or something? If the battery was toast would it start after letting it sit for awhile?

 

just try jump starting it...then if it wont start you know its not the battery...if it were to sit for a while then it probably wouldnt not crank again if it was a battery problem
