Mods - who deleted my thread?
Who deleted my thread about the prices for the OEM parts vs. aftermarket...the one titled "ATTN: Retailers". Please IM me privately if you don't want to discuss it here. I'd really like to know what was wrong with that thread.
Ross, I'll ask in the Moderator Forum
I Looked around and found the link but someone definately deleted https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?&i...=768370#768370

yeah it seems that a lot of threads are getting deleted or moved around lately. Who's this renegade moderator that keeps doing this? Thanks for the help Mike!
Well we have a few new mods, Im not sure if there to comfortable with the controls or how the forum runs yet, It may have just been an accident.
Well it had to be one of these people....
I think that if something is deleted and they don't tell the person that started the thread that it was deleted, and for what reason, that they (and I'm sorry if I offend someone) don't deserve to be a moderator.
Just my honest opinion...but then again I'm at work drinking a bunch of wine...

That's why I hope it was a mistake...I consider all those guys to be competent and not the kind of guys to delete an informative thread, even though everyone with a stock ITR exhaust was trying to sell it to me...
hey ross, do you want my stock ITR exhuast...tehehehe. j/k. yeah we need a little freedom of posting bill on this forum. cant be having renegade moderators now can we.
I usually don't delete threads entirely (unless they are waaaayyy OT)...I may move them to the appropriate forum, but rarely delete...
It was not me Ross...and I usually send people an IM concerning me doing any moving/deleting of posts...
I have been busy trying to clean up this forum, but I wouldn't delete/move something that was relevant, as your post was ross...

Thanks man...I actually just IMed Dustin a little while ago about becoming a mod. I remember I had suggested it a while ago and you seconded the motion...but we have too many right now.
I really cant see why any of the mods would have deleted it on purpose..it prob. was just a mistake, unless someone had issues with the fact that many people in the thread were trying to sell me ****...but then why not just move it to the classified forum??
If I remember correctly and my mind isn't playing mind games with me
I'm pretty sure it wasn't me
but there's a slight chance that I could have deleted it by accident
sorry in advance if it was really me

Since I don't even remember the thread and I just got back online yesterday. I wasn't even around from thur.-sun. of last week mostly because it was holidays and I wasn't feeling well. Most threads are moved normally before I even see them since I normally don't come on until night time or late night. I move most of the OT ones to members corner. Very seldom to do I delete things..like the ebay post like few weeks ago. But heck I've even had post deleted or moved...so it's everyone I think thats effected. I guess we need to set up rules and regulations on what is moved and what is deleted. I think we need guidelines for everyone to follow that way we don't have to keep having post like this because of complaints about all the OT items.
I am willing to bet that they all say it wasn't them...either someone is not telling the truth, or hybrid_ctr really did delete it by mistake.
