That's a Mugen Sticker, same material as those dial.

 

you put the url inside the [IMG] thingy's. anywayz i didn't mean to change your post but do you have a lip on your car? it looks like a sppon lip on your front end and i wish i had your front end, i jsut don't like that indiglo thingy
