dx mod questions before i mini me

So I just got a 95 dx, already got a zc head and am about to start tweekin'. I just have a few questions before I start in.

A. I know that in order to not switch oput my ecu I need a rpm switch for the vtec. Now without the ecu will I run lean in vtec? I'm putting a resistor on my intake so when I do this and run rich will it be enough to stop starvation?

B. Has anyone ever dropped on one of these elect. turbo/s.c.? I've looked at one on ebay that runs of a 110v power inverter and claims 2psi and 10-20hp. With 10-20hp its worth the cost to me. Are they junk?

C. I'm mild port and polishing the zc head and was wondering about milling. does anyone know the clearance between piston and valve and wether this would not be a good idea on this application.

homemadeturbo.com did something with the supercharger/turbocharger thing...they hit it with a bat ...they said they tried it and it was a waste of time..something about airway restrictions or somthing

HAHAHA.... i saw that before.... I wouldn't waste my time with that
