Default stock p05 to run jdm d15b

is it safe to run stock p05 ecu on jdm d15b for some time (like 2 weeks). My friend ran his p05 for a week on z6, I just wonna make sure since the fuel maps are leaner what would happen, but then again it's going to be running 240 injectors instead of 180 (or something, cx ones).

The fact that you are going from an 8 valve to a 16 valve head worries me, I'd really try to pick up a P28 or at least a p06
