what kind of rotors do you recommend? this is for a mild race set-up.

hmm, what kind of racing?

in general, rotors are a wear item. you use em and throw em away, so there's no point in spending too much on em.

a lot of the guys here just use NAPA rotors (or whatever car shop is close to you) or maybe brembo blanks. they work just as well as endless/spoon/xxxx rotors. unless you're looking for something like a lightweight 2 piece rotor, i'd say go with the brembo blanks.

Just use Autozone/AdvanceAuto rotors - they are wear items. Even if the Endless rotors last longer I doubt they would justify the cost.

$13.99 each from AutoZone for the GSR.

This was on a FULL race setup.

What is a "mild race setup" anyway?

He only gets to compete in the "uphill touge battle stage".

If he had the "full race setup" he could compete in the downhill portion as well.

Oh - I thought "mild race" meant "High dollar JDM race car looks while sitting in the McDonalds parking lot on Friday night"

I have Endless blank rotors and Endless Vita Nuova brake pads. . It might be one of the better upgrades I have done on my car, with the exception of the Comptech Icebox. I have used Brembo blanks, those are just as good. There is a guy on HT who sells the Endless blanks, he is IPSRacing. That's where I purchased mine.

Spiritual drives? Is that when you go into a turn waaaay too fast, lock up the brakes, slide sideways into the grass, the whole time screaming, "OH GOD, OH GOD, OH GOD, OH GOD, OH GOD, JEEEEEEZUS, HELP ME!!!!!"?

I've used the OEM honda blanks on my ITR, Brembo blanks, and now the Autozone cheapies. You can't tell the difference between any of them!! Save yourself the cash and go to PepBoys, Autozone, etc to get your rotors.

Yup. I love when someone upgrades two things, in this case pads and rotors, and instantly attributes any performance gain to BOTH "upgrades." Rotors are rotors, pads make a real difference.

<---- Running 11" $25 a piece rotors on the track car (would run cheaper if they existed)

I  my cheap rotorZ y0!

I painted the hat bright blue though so they look (and now stop) just like Endless Zeal bling!

As much as I like Endless brake products, I think their blank rotors are a waste of money. Get some Brembo blanks instead. Autozone rotors might be cheaper, but I like the quality assurance of the brand "Brembo".
