Default b16a2 redline?

Can anyone tell me if 9200rpm is safe for a ctr piston stock b16a2? Curious because my chip allows for 9200 but man that seems high, dont want to spin a rod bearing!

Stock is 8200 DO NOT rev above like 8400 i wouldnt reccommend that either.. especially if your motor is stock u wont make power above like 8100

What woulld you say is safe, I've had it to 8500 and it felt really strong but no higher. I did that like 4 times.

no its not safe without upgrading the valve train and the block besides there would be no point to rev that high cause you arent making any power up there with the stock cams.

EDIT i got beat to it.

What cams are a good choice for a daily driver? ctr,itr,spoon,mugen.etc...? That is one of my next upgrades. Remember I have ctr pistons in this.

it doesnt matter if it feels good.. i guarentee its all in your mind.. your stock cams wont make power up there just keep it at stock and watch out for mishshifts bc u can get screwed with a chip like that
