its an autotragic GS....+ the car is always garaged....noone is stealing ****

and clubrsx plate cuz my old car was an rsx and I'm keeping it for old time's sake. Sentimental value + I still go to meets and whatnot with the rsx guys so might as well rock the plate holder

 

orange looks better on pretty much every color except white and silver....with silver on the other hand they were too contrasting

 

clear looks better on silver

My friend had clears, I thought they looked alright, but he traded them for a set of ambers and a rear strut bar.. I think he got a good deal..

 

should've done other stuff to your car before you got clear corners.

 

like I said its an autotragic...and a B18B....i don't want the car to be a money pit so its a ricer project as much crap for as little money as possible.

And besides clears I have some other ricer stuff that I didn't install yet
Budget for this car is $500 bucks per year

ADR Revolutions 17" rims with Toyo Proxes FZ4s and tuner lugs. $220 + $85 for a new tire to replace one with a bubble. Didn't put them on yet because I'll be painting them silver over the weekend.

wheels look weird cuz its hard to photoshop silver. Have like $50 left in the budget for this summer.

then stuff u can't see

and no i'm not selling oem stuff off..because i plan to put everything back to stock when I sell it like 2-3 years from now. And seeing as how I got good deals on every part I won't be losing any money modding the car And neither will I lose any money selling it since I got the 00 for 7,600.

* Its silver not chrome...try phootshopping silver and u'll see that its not as easy as photoshopping red.

* Why save the money. You act as if $500 a year will get me into a M3 instead of a Civic. I'll spend like $1500 bucks over 3 years working on the car. Its a hobby for me, an expensive one yes(lost a couple grand when I totalled my RSX and mods weren't covered)...but its something I like to do, and spending $500 over a summer is not a big deal to me. + I like having a car that doesn't look like a stock one.

* I buy my mods used ...so that 3 years from now when I decide to upgrade to something better I can sell the stuff and get 99% of my money back. Cuz trust me a set of 17 inch ADR rims with toyo tires will definetly get $300 even 3 years from now. Same for the springs $50 is hte going rate for them w/o shipping...I paid $50 shipped

* The car will be garaged during the school year with my parents using it once in a while. Using it over the summer...I prefer a car thats fun to drive...and I'm sorry to say but the teg is nothing like my rsx was. So upgrading the handling was my first prioirty Thats why I got the tires(wheels were a good by product), got a strut bar and lowering springs.

* I don't cruise anyways so i dunno why you brought it up, I'm not ur typical ricer revving and racing everything from stoplight to stoplight. Its just a hobby for me.

* I'll get all my money back from the car in 3 years anyways. Example: Car I got for $7,600 its retail is 11K...so I'll most likely get at least 7K for it in 3 years. The fact that its a 2xxx instead of a 1xxx is a big plus for that. All my mods I buy used so wehn I sell them I'll get 90% of money I put into them.

* So are u going to tell me that losing 200-300 dollars over a course of 3 years is not worth it to get a car thats enjoyable to drive and that doesnt look like every other stock teg u see at every stop light?

* Like you said its my time and my money so I can do whatever I want with it. And modding is something worthwhile for me.

* So stop counting the money in other ppl's pockets and concentrate on ur work at taco bell to afford that new intake for your FWD street racer.
