Ok I saw this thing called a front lower U bar, supposely for civics & integras. Now where is it suppose to connect or install too? I have a general idea by looking at it but am no sure if it will work. Anyone got any pics or information of one that is already installed?

if it is what I am thinking it is, then it is basically a 4pt lower tie bar. You will not notice a difference in daily driving, but they do help box the chasis and will help on hard turns in spirited driving or at the track. Some adds say they reduce wheelhop...they do not...they are tie bars.
