Default gsr flywheel in a hydro b16 tranny?

Shouldn't a gsr flywheel fit in the b16 hydro tranny with no problems? I have a lightened stock gsr flywheel but the holes barely don't line up on each of the holes to the tranny. I thought b series parts are interchangable? Anybody have any info on this? Thanks

I will take a pic of the gsr one if you want but the si one I put back in because I needed to put it back together. They both look the same to me but when I put the gsr one over the si one the holes (2 to be exact) were a little off of the si one. The gsr flywheel didn't fit nicely onto the tranny unlike the si flywheel.
