they will affect the results, only the emissions portion. the smog tech won't be able to see the cams, but the cam gears if you have a cut valve cover.
Which dc header? does it have a carb#?
The aem unit should be fine, those have carb#.
Cat back exhaust should be fine, those aren't regulated by CARB.
Flywheel/clutch have nothing to do with the emissions devices.
Just make sure you get a working cat with the car, and all the stock parts too. Mainly the header, stock cat, and stock airbox. stock ecu too.
You can only be failed by what they see, smell and read.
edit, btw, i don't know if that setup will pass the sniffer. but if the valve cover is uncut, and the dc has CARB #'s, then your only worries would be the sniffer.

Honestly, many of us gave up and moved somewhere that it's not illegal (by local and state law) or at least not regulated.
If the car you're talking about buying is due for a smog test soon, then make the owner do it before you buy it.
What kind of computer is on this car?

Damn you. Damn all of you non-smog regulated people. Damn all of you's!

At nights, when I dream, I see a city with beaches, hot women, and no smog laws, and little bbasso's running around. :sigh: If only I could sleep for eternity...

Ahh. I was hoping you had a tunable ECU.
With the stock Spoon ECU, you will have to resort to finding someone w/a lot of knowledge and playing with the spark advance and valve timing until you know it'll pass.
It will probably work, but it might not...and it will definitely be troublesome.
