Default Spark Plugs for an 11:1 ls motor.

I just finished building up my b18a with p30 pistons. It should be around 11:1 compression and I was wondering what kind of spark plugs I need to use with this set up. I have read a couple of searches and most are about vtec heads. I dont know if that changes anything or not, but any help is appreciated.

the OEM LS plugs are NGK zfr5f-11

you can go one step colder on the same style plug to the zfr6f-11.

I'd go with a heat range of 7. 6 is a stock B16/B18 heat range, with the added compression over stock go with 7s. I use NGK BKR7E-11s.. only $1.89 or so per plug.

You will loose power if you run 7s with that low of compression. Use the same NGK plug that the stock 11/1 type-r uses, its a #6.
