I'd so be there but I promised my wife I'd go with her when she runs the half marathon at Virginia Beach. She owns half of my race car so it's a good investment but anyone who hasn't done a hillclimb should try one at least once.

NASA is also at beaverun that weekend. Thus, I will be at the track on those dates (I live very close to beaverun). I would love to do a hill climb at snow shoe, I have driven that road many times for skiing or mountain biking trips (a friend of mine has a condo there). O-well, maybe next year I will not have a conflict if they do it again. Beautiful place to spend a weekend

RJ: I got a couple of in-date belts, a fire bottle, but I think my suit is gonna be a wee-bit tight on ya... lemme know if you want to borrow the other items.

Drew, as I recall, my suit may fit you. I'll only require dry cleaning before returning it.

Does your fire bottle have a mount to fit onto a bar/cage?

I believe it does, you may need a couple of hose clamps.

Ack!

http://www.nasa-southeast.com/nasax.shtml

WORST

CLASSING

RULES

EVAR!

This makes no ******* sense.

My car:

1993 Civic Si hatchback with 1995 B18C1 swap and a total of 29 points in the "add it up section".

So where the **** would it be classed? I could make a case for E or F . . .

My head hurts now . . .

Check out the online registration page - if we get enough HC cars we'll separate it into a class. - ie. if we get more than 3 H1-H5 cars then we'll create classes for them as well... everybody wins in a hillclimb

It isn't a fully competition-prepped H1 car at this point. The cage is out of it and so is the Window net and other goodies like that. It also has a full front interior. I will also be on Kumho MX street tires.

Classing me in H1 would probably hurt more than TTF would . . .

Old man isn't down for trailering there. He said it's a bitch of a drive with a trailer and isn't exactly close. He's on the SCCA Hillclimb mailing list so we may do one in Reading, PA (the best there is according to him) next year.
