Default seatbelt warranty?

Ok, another issue with my '90 CRX Si. part one of it is: the seatbelt light is always on, even when I've gotten the seat belt on, etc..

I've tried unplugging the connection under the seat and that doesn't help. I wiggled the wiring harness in the fender on the driver's side (the speaker also wasn't working), and heard a clicking back by the seat belt in the door. For a while, the light was off at all times (instead of blinking at all times)...

The other issue is: the bottom part of the seat belt will never catch if I pull on it (fast, slow, hard, not hard, quick, you get the idea). I was reading in the Warranty book that the seatbelts are covered for the life of the car.

Anyone had experience with this? Thanks!

sweet, I'm going to go in tomorrow and have it checked out. I don't like the dealer around here (they wanted $250 for 60k maint. on my Sol that included: oil change, air filter change, tranny oil change, and spark plugs), so I'd love to get them to do work they won't really get paid for.
