Default Valve adjusting

i would like to adjust my valve....coz now its too noisy pinging...

anybody here would like to give me some info on torque specs for those;-

1) Intakes valve side
2) Exhausts valve side

and what size of the feeler gauge should i use for the above accordingly.

well torque i am not sure on.. just till its tight like 7ftlbs i think. on the lock nut.. and you shoule use a .006 feeler gauge on the intake and .007 on the exhaust. make sure to check it after you lock it... cause it will usually move a little bit from your adjustment.. takes a little practice... tighten it till the feeler gauge drags a little. and you should be good..
