Trunk release - where are you hiding?
I'm installing an alarm on 00 lude and looking for a trunk release wire. I can't find it 
Anyone knows where is it and what color? I found a trunk trigger wire, but don't think it will do 2 things for me, right? 
Is it possible that my car doesn't have a wire for this, thus I won't be able to open my trunk with remote?

you will actually have to install an accuator in the trunck to pop the latch open. as far as i know, preludes never came with a factory electric trunck release.

trunck solonoids are like $20-40 and sometimes a door lock accuator can be used too, those go for around $10 each. as far as the dificulty of install, i'm not sure since it has been a while since i have looked at the latch on a prelude. my favorite saying at work is .... "anything is possible, it just depends how much you are willing to spend". goodluck
