92 prelude SI, my hommy has this problem, can't start it back up after stalling, it takes about a minute. everything is stock except for A NEWLY REPLACED o2 SENSOR. This problem started well after the o2 sensor was replaced. I suggested may be its the starter or the sparks, or maybe the ECU needs to be retuned or adjusted to the new o2 sensor.

Any suggestions???
