no i mean once i buy some aftermarket valves where do i send them to get 3angle job done.

you need to machine the valves, and the head. any good machine shop can do it. or send it to portflow. http://www.portflow.com

aftermarket and factory valves come pre cut w/ the 45 degree sealing angle. the 3 angles are cut on the seat located on the head.
