Have 2 sets of CP-035's. The second set came without hubcentric rings. My first set only came with 2. Planning to order some. Wondering should I get for all 4 corners, or just the fronts?
Also, does anyone know the best place to order them (can I order direct from Racing Hart??)
TIA
Jeff

Assuming your front and rears have the same hub diameter - yes, you should have hubcentric rings front and rear.
I recently acquired a set of wheels that required the rings, and I had a hell of a time finding anyone that carries them... I knew the exact measurements of the centerbore and hub diameter I needed for my rings. But most places I called (i.e. TireRack) told me they could not sell me hubcentric rings for wheels they did not carry due to liability reasons...
I ended up ordering them from Walee at http://www.Machiii.net. I've gotten stuff from him before, and he is a really nice, helpful guy. They were $20 shipped for a set. (And I'm hopping that they will be delivered outside my door when I get home tonight...)
I think he only carries plastic hubcentric rings, but he should be able to get some for your application...

Jeff. If you are going to be racing on them, get the aluminum ones..the plastic ones will melt(?)
And use all four. For 15" rims they are not all that necessary. The purpose is to remove alot of the stress to the wheel studs. They're more important with large wheels like 17's But wont hurt to use them.

that is good info chris....and yes they will melt if you are racing with them!! i know from experience....but it was just street racing (like the canyon runs in cali but here in va)

Where can I get metal rings from? I need ones with a wheel bore of 2.870"/73.00mm and a hub diameter of 2.525"/64.15mm... These are to fit a set of discontinued Stern wheels that have never been officially sold in the U.S.
Any suggestions on vendors to check with?

Call up tirerack and ask them. I know that for my kosei's that I ordered from them they came with rings, so maybe they can help you out.

I went to Tire Rack earlier this year and spoke with their expert on fitting hubcentric rings. He didn't mention liability concerns. He told me they don't sell the rings (other than with a set of wheels) because they can't be sure they'll fit, unless they have the wheels there so they can machine the rings in the exact dimensions needed.
all 4's. dont half *** it. racing zone here in tampa has them. they are the biggest DAZZ deler on the east coast. 813-936-0206. ask for mike
hm...the rings that came with my CP-035s didn't melt, but 2 of them cracked. I'm not sure when they cracked, but I assume it was back in July when I went to the track event with the outside temp of over 112 degrees F. It was so hot that after the 1st 20 mins. session, my brakes were smoking and the red paint on the calipers turned burgandy.
Anyway, I might be looking for a set of hubcentric rings in the near future as well, but this time I want aluminum ones.

Well damn Glen, you need to tell me where to find these *miracle* hubcentric rings. I just ordered 8 more for my Kosei K1s from Tire Rack, because the originals have either warped or cracked.
