so far i have 9 view and 0 replys what the hell come on people i need some advice i dont wanna wait to long to get the car and it to be sold or buy it and find out i made a stupid mistake
From the pic, it looks ok. You'll never know unless you go test drive it and talk to the owner.
From what I've seen(which isn't enough to make my opinion justifiable), it looks like a good deal. There are a few different swaps you can do, but the most popular and abundant would most likely be the H22 out of a Prelude.

the price is very good.
you could keep the stock engine, get a swap of some sort (h22, h23, f20b) for just a bit more than the car itself will cost you.
since it's a 1990, you could cop a set of red/clear taillights, get a 92/93 bumper and get some 92/93 jdm headlights, or keep the current bumper and get a set of 90/91 jdm's.
a lot of possiblities for it, at a very good price.
not sure where you live at, but the big thing to check on 4gen accords/cb7s is rear quarter panel rust. the brakes (front rotors) will also likely need replacement w/i the year if they have not been replaced recently (i.e. last 2 years).
